We are thrilled to introduce our 30 Days to a Healthier YOU Challenge! This health challenge will take place for a minimum of 30 days, although most will continue this challenge as a lifestyle. Our goal for you is to take the steps needed on a daily basis, to achieve your optimal health to allow for the healthiest version of YOU, mind, body and soul!
What will this CHALLENGE entail?
We will keep this challenge as simple as possible. An audio with detailed instructions will be provided as your step by step guide. Additionally, you will receive a clean eating meal plan with delicious recipes. A suggested list of workouts from home or from anywhere will be provided, as we encourage you to move your body daily if you are not already doing so. We will also provide you with a list of positive affirmations to help you begin each day with a positive thought, as we know that our mind and thoughts can make a huge difference in our success.
