Hi Friend,

Here is a grocery list to help guide you with your clean eating lifestyle. Please know that these are my recommendations and this list is to be used as a guide. Your goal is to consume whole foods as close as possible to their natural state without chemicals, pesticides or artificial ingredients.

Recommendations:

  1. Try to steam, bake, grill or eat foods raw
  2. The majority of your plate should be vegetables
  3. Avoid anything artificial including artificial sugars and refined foods
  4. Drink at least half your body weight in ounces of water
  5. Combine protein and carbs (especially fiber rich carbs) to feel fuller longer
