Here is a grocery list to help guide you with your clean eating lifestyle. Please know that these are my recommendations and this list is to be used as a guide. Your goal is to consume whole foods as close as possible to their natural state without chemicals, pesticides or artificial ingredients.
Recommendations:
- Try to steam, bake, grill or eat foods raw
