Promoting Healthy Living and Advice

Deb has a background in the medical field having been a practicing Physical Therapist for over 20 years.

She loves serving others, and has found her calling with her combined passion for nutrition and yoga. When not reading the latest clinical health study, Deb is an avid yogi who also loves spending time with family, meditation, outdoor activities and dancing.

Dave came to wellness after many years in the traditional arena of corporate America, and found a love for mind/body/spirit wellness on his journey to release 50 pounds.

His passion is to help others who like himself, might have lost the best version of themselves while spinning on the hamster wheel, gain or regain their fitness while expanding mind and spirit. When not reading Rolling Stone, Dave loves spending time with his family, while keeping an eye on all things Chicago sports.
